Selly Oak Tweetathon, Burglary Update and Multi-agency day today

Congratulations to the Selly Oak Police Neighbourhood Team for their 15 hour tweetathon until 11pm last night, lots of people following locally, which is good to see.  And further good news – no burglaries overnight, so keep locking those windows, doors and gates.

Also, quick reminder that students and local residents can speak to staff from West Midlands Police, West Midlands Fire Service, Birmingham City Council, Guild of Students and University of Birmingham at Grange Road today from 10am-3pm.  There will be experts on hand to provide advice about a range of issues from crime to fire safety, housing rights and responsibilities to campus security, rubbish, recyclcing and rats.
